It’s Cherry Blossom Season at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden!

Well hello, gorgeous! Cherry blossoms are so in right now. Experience the beauty in person at Sakura Matsuri! If you are rusty on your Japanese, “Sakura Matsuri” translates to “Cherry Blossom Festival” and it is happening at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden this weekend, April 25th & 26th! An annual celebration of traditional and contemporary Japanese Culture, this two-day festival has everything from Taiko drumming and Samurai sword fighting to cosplay fashion and manga drawing! You can even see a stand-up comic from Tokyo! Plus, it all takes place among one of nature’s most enchanting backdrops: cherry blossoms in full bloom.
