SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Full Time | Location: New York, NY

This role will support the execution of social media campaigns across a roster of clients, ensuring content is planned, captured, posted, and reported on with precision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and deeply attuned to social trends, with a strong interest in theatre and storytelling.

This role is focused on coordination, execution, and performance tracking – while a foundational understanding of content creation is important, this is not a content creation role.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing day-to-day social media activity across assigned client accounts
  • Building and maintaining content calendars and copy documents based on approved strategy, campaign priorities, and timelines
  • Drafting, organizing, and distributing posting memos
  • Creating and distributing Cast Social Media How-To Guides
  • Coordinating and overseeing in-theatre and on-site content captures, working cross-functionally with Creative and Account teams
  • Coordinating and facilitating cast social media trainings
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the Community Engagement team, providing daily guidance and oversight
  • Monitoring user-generated content and identifying opportunities for amplification
  • Conducting social listening across platforms to track keywords, trends, and audience sentiment
  • Tracking and analyzing content performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to the internal team
  • Compiling and inputting social performance data into weekly and bi-weekly client reporting decks
  • Building and maintaining influencer lists and coordinating influencer invites
  • Facilitating influencer contracts and negotiations
  • Assisting with on-site content captures as needed
  • Communicating daily with Director of Integrated Marketing on status updates, priorities, and key learnings
  • Flagging timely opportunities, cultural moments, and/or emerging conversations to Account Manager and Director of Integrated Marketing
  • Staying current on platform updates, trends, and best practices, particularly within theatre, live entertainment, and arts marketing

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong interest in theatre, live entertainment, or arts and culture marketing
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field (agency experience a plus)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, Reddit) and their evolving best practices
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Rival IQ, Meta Business Suite)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and flag issues early
  • Working knowledge of content performance metrics and analytics (engagement, reach, impressions), and identifying changing KPIs in the growing social world
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
  • Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) with an understanding of what performs well on social
  • Comfort working in live environments (theatres, events, rehearsals) and coordinating with talent and production teams
  • Professional presence when interacting with clients, talent, and partners
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

ART DIRECTOR, ADS

Full Time | Location: New York, NY

We are seeking an Art Director who can take briefs from our Accounts team and turn them into exciting, effective ad campaigns quickly and consistently.

This is not a “one big campaign at a time” role. This role will be developing, designing, and refining multiple campaigns simultaneously—often across social, digital, OOH, and brand—sometimes concepting in the morning and shipping assets by end of day.

At the top of each week, the Art Director will receive a set of briefs from the Accounts team. Their job is to take those briefs, come up with ideas, and bring them to life across all media. This person should have a digital-first, social-first aesthetic and mindset.

This role is hands-on, responsible for both the ideas and the execution. The ideal candidate will be energized by pace, not intimidated by it.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Reviewing and interpreting briefs from the Accounts team
  • Coming up with ad campaign ideas based on those briefs
  • Designing and producing ads across social, digital, print, and OOH
  • Working with copywriters and designers to develop ideas
  • Delivering finished, ready-to-use assets, often on short timelines
  • Handling multiple projects at once and shifting between different brands and styles
  • Making updates, variations, and improvements to campaigns as needed
  • Ensuring all work follows brand guidelines and looks polished

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Art Director or 5+ years of experience in a creative studio advertising agency or similar environment
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and high volume execution
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating for social-first and performance-driven campaigns
  • Ability to move quickly without losing attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Confidence presenting work to internal teams and explaining creative decisions

DIRECTOR OF INTEGRATED MARKETING

Full Time | Location: New York, NY

The Director of Integrated Marketing will oversee the holistic development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns. This includes managing the media planning and buying, guiding the social media, partnerships, and promotions strategies, and ensuring all campaign elements work together to achieve client goals.

This is a senior level role, for someone who is equal parts strategist, collaborator, and operator. The ideal candidate is comfortable with leading cross-functional teams while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering best-in-class campaign performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Campaign Strategy & Leadership

  • Developing comprehensive integrated campaign strategies that align with client goals and brand identity
  • Overseeing all campaign plans from conception through execution, including media, social, and promotional components
  • Serving as the senior strategic lead in internal brainstorms and client meetings
  • Advocating decisively for campaign strategy and goals and holding the line on recommendations
  • Translating complex goals into clear roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs
  • Working with the Account Manager to ensure all aspects of the campaign are on-brand and on budget

 

Media Planning & Buying Oversight

  • Leading and managing the media planning and buying to deliver cohesive cross-platform media plans
  • Ensuring smart budget allocation across channels, including digital, OOH, print, broadcast, streaming, and emerging platforms
  • Reviewing and refining media plans for accuracy, effectiveness, and innovation
  • Evaluating campaign performance data and recommending optimizations

 

Social Media & Partnerships

  • Working with the directors of the Social Media and Partnerships departments to ensure briefs are clear for campaign moments
  • Overseeing social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement to ensure alignment with campaign goals
  • Guiding partnerships, influencer programs, experiential activations, and promotional initiatives to ensure alignment with campaign goals
  • Ensuring integrated messaging across all channels and touch points

 

Client Management

  • Acting as a senior point-of-contact for key clients, building trust through strong communication and strategic counsel
  • Representing the sales and strategy POV to key clients with confidence, setting clear expectations, and guiding clients through complex decisions
  • Presenting plans, insights, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations
  • Managing expectations and ensuring agency excellence across deliverables

 

Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Leading and mentoring marketing staff
  • Facilitating collaboration between strategic and creative departments
  • Fostering a positive, solution-oriented team culture

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years experience in media planning, digital marketing, or related disciplines at a theatrical advertising agency
  • Proven ability to oversee multi-channel integrated campaigns with many moving parts
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Strong Google Spreadsheets & Excel skills
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
