A Pekoe-Style Wedding Shower for Mara & Billy!

In the Pekoe family, when one of us has something to celebrate, we all do! So in honor of Copywriter Mara Szabo’s upcoming wedding, the whole gang got together to shower her and her fiancé, Billy, with a little extra love.

We got the party started by watching a slideshow of the happy couple through the years, while we indulged in some seriously delicious food from Roti Mediterranean Grill– do yourself a favor and try this place if you haven’t already. #MoreFalafelPlease

But Mediterranean fare wasn’t the only thing getting grilled that day. We had fun quizzing the future bride and groom on all the romantic specifics of how they met and how he proposed. We topped the afternoon off with presents for the twosome, where the wrapping paper and ribbons were turned into a beautiful bouquet (and a debatably traditional bonnet) for her and a special tissue-paper bowtie for him.
